PROCEDURE
The disposable device is designed to be used «bedside» to concentrate the TNC (Total Nucleated Cell) in a rapid and safe way, starting from 80 ml of peripherical whole blood.
Through selective electrostatic filtration, the device can concentrate the Mono NUCLEATED cells maintaining only the high regenerative capacity ones.
The procedure is implemented trough a closed circuit totally sterile and the devices needed are included in this kit. At the end of procedure, TNC are collected in bag and operator can easily withdraw them through a syringe.
The concentrate generated can be used by the operators in all those applications where the presence of concentrated Mono Nucleated cells is demonstrated clinincally.
